- The giveaway is only open to Orange County and Los Angeles residents aged 18 and above.
- The giveaway begins on Aug 1, 2023 and ends on Aug 31, 2023 at 11:59pm PT.
- To enter, participants must follow @freshtrackstreats on Instagram, share the giveaway post on Instagram Stories or as a Instagram Post, and comment with their favorite Fresh Tracks ice cream.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate or fake accounts will be disqualified.
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and announced on Sept 1st, 2023 on Fresh Tracks' Instagram account.
- The winner must claim the prize within 48 hours of the announcement. Failure to do so will result in the selection of a new winner.
- The prize includes 80 classic ice cream bars, up to 8 classic ice cream selections and 1 hour of service. An additional hour of service may be added for $150 + tax + service fee. The location of the event must be within Orange County or Los Angeles county regions. A $40 travel fee applies to LA county regions.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
- The prize must be redeemed between Sept 15, 2023 through Sept 15th, 2024. Fresh Tracks must agree to the date of prize redemption, which will be subject to availability on their calendar.
- Fresh Tracks reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Fresh Tracks to use their Instagram handle and any submitted content for promotional purposes.
